Most of us who have chosen to live in Whispering Palms just love golf. I currently have a listing on the golf course that is the perfect location to enjoy all the positive aspects of living with unending, breathtaking golf views. The back patio is elevated from the 7 South fairway, close enough to the green to watch the putts drop but far enough not to be endangered by errant shots! Last week my listing at 236 Ocean View came out on the cover of Fine Homes Magazine. I took this opportunity to “re-caravan’ the property. The photographers from Fine Homes came in and re-photographed the property. Sometimes new photos breath life into an existing listing and I wanted to use that energy to get agents to come by and take a second look or a first look. The results of the caravan were very interesting. I had more “established” agents come by for a second or third time just to enjoy the breathtaking views of this Del Mar Property.

We had over 100 agents who came by just to see the views and enjoy the late afternoon sunset. At the end of the day I was quite tired and ended my busy day with a glass of wine with fellow real estate friends.
